Carsil is a medicine with an active ingredient called silymarin, it is extracted from the fruits of the milk thistle plant. That ingredient activates protein and phospholipid synthesis in injured liver cells, stabilizes their membranes, binds free radicals (antioxidants), protects liver cells from harmful influences.
