SIDE EFFECTS
The mixture of testosterone is subject to the effects of the enzyme aromatase in the body system, among the side effects of T-400 are side effects of estrogen. The rate of aromatization is straightly related to the amount of used substance, and together with increasing doses aromatization is higher. Estrogenic side effects include: excessive water retention and bloating, elevated blood pressure (e.g. due to water retention in the body), accelerated fat deposition and gynecomastia. The side effects of estrogen can be reduced or completely avoided by using aromatase inhibitors or SERMs (selective estrogen receptor modulators. Among the androgenic side effects are increased secretion of sebum (oily skin), acne (in terms of increased secretion of sebum), body hair growth, and increased risk of causing male pattern baldness (MPB) in people with a genetic predisposition.
DOSAGE
Beginners are recommended the dose of 400 mg per week, which is the standard testosterone injection once a week. It produces dramatic increases in strength and muscle mass. Intermediate users will usually make much progress at doses of 400-8000 mg per week. Advanced users will make great progress at the same dosage as intermediate users, and rarely need to rise above. In any case, advanced users tend to use T-400 ranging from 400 to 1200 mg per week. Detection period of T-400 in urine is 4-6 months.
