Tamoxifen citrate is a non-steroidal anti-estrogen with a quite wide use in clinical medicine. It belongs to a class of selective estrogen receptor modulators (SERMs), and also works as an estrogen antagonist and agonist. It acts as estrogen in some tissues, but in other, it blocks the effects of estrogen. It acts as a potent anti-estrogen in the mammary tissue and consequently is commonly used in the breast cancer treatment.
The main scarecrow among the basic side effects of anabolic steroids is gynecomastia, or the very unsightly development of female breast tissue in men. Initially, this may appear as small lump or a swelling under the nipples. It may develop into the hard tissue of gynecomastia, if left untreated, which can be removed only by surgery.

DOSAGE:
To mitigate estrogenic side effects of anabolic steroids, usually sufficient dose ranges between 10-30mg.
As part of the PCT, tamoxifen is used in an amount of 20 mg on daily bases for 45 days from the start of the program itself. Together with human chorionic gonadotrophin (hCG), which is taken every other day in an amount 1000ui and exemestane in an amount of 25 mg per day for 2 weeks.
